A specialist apprenticeship training provider is seeking a Plumbing & Gas Tutor to support the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship training across Plumbing, Gas, and Renewable technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced industry professional looking to move into education while maintaining a strong practical focus. You will support apprentices through both practical and theoretical learning, helping them progress towards successful completion of their qualifications and End Point Assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and assessment to Plumbing & Gas apprentices
  • Support learners preparing for End Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Monitor learner progress and complete regular reviews with employers and apprentices
  • Maintain accurate learner tracking and Off the Job training records
  • Support learners' personal development and progression
  • Promote safe working practices and professional behaviours
  • Act as a positive role model within the training environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing & Heating
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience within Plumbing & Heating
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Willingness to complete mandatory training
