A leading Further Education college group is seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Principal - High Needs, SEND Additional Learning Support to provide strategic leadership across a growing and ambitious SEND and inclusive learning provision. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to shape the future direction of High Needs, SEND and Additional Learning Support services across a large multi-campus organisation.
Working as part of the executive leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality, growth, innovation and learner success whilst ensuring outstanding inclusive practice and compliance across all areas of provision.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Principal, you will provide strategic leadership and accountability for the design, development and delivery of SEND, High Needs and Additional Learning Support provision. You will lead the implementation of a cohesive organisation-wide strategy that supports learner achievement, progression and positive destinations whilst responding to increasing demand for specialist provision. You will work closely with Local Authorities, funding bodies and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
