In this role, you will use your industry expertise to shape the educational journey of our students, helping them develop vital employability, life, and learning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Onsite Assessment: Carry out workplace visits across the region to review, measure, and assess apprentices' progress and competency.
- Knowledge Transfer: Deliver up-to-date vocational knowledge, skills, and expertise both in the classroom and within the apprentice's work setting.
- Employer Engagement: Build strong relationships with employers to ensure a high-quality learning experience, while proactively discussing additional training and qualifications to enhance their apprentices' training plans.
- Student Support: Use your own industry background to provide guidance and support to students throughout their apprenticeship journey.
