We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Animal Management professional to join a quality team of lecturers and inspire the next generation of learners.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Animal Management and Welfare courses
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current animal care, welfare, and industry standards
- Support students in developing practical animal handling skills, welfare knowledge, and employability within the animal care sector
- Maintain high standards of animal welfare, health, and safety within practical learning environments
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
- Develop industry partnerships with animal care organisations, veterinary practices, zoos, and rescue centres to enhance student learning, work placements, and industry engagement
Essential Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Animal Management, Animal Care, or a related subject
- Extensive industry experience within animal care, welfare, or land-based sectors
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
