What You Will Be Doing
- Coaching Development: Actively coach, mentor, and support teachers across regional sites, ensuring new team members adapt quickly to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.
- CPD Delivery: Plan, design, and deliver impactful Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and training tailored to the unique needs of different curriculum areas.
- Quality Assurance: Lead learning walks, developmental lesson observations, desktop reviews, and assessor evaluations to identify areas of improvement and share models of best practice.
- Regional Oversight: Work out in the field across the South Region four to five days per week to maintain high engagement, operational visibility, and support performance management processes.

- Qualifications: A recognised teaching qualification alongside Assessor and/or Verifier awards is essential.
