Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging practical and theory sessions across hairdressing programmes.
- Planning lessons, assessing learner work and giving constructive feedback.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and hygiene in the training salon.
- Supporting learners to achieve their potential and progress into employment or further training.

- Industry experience in hairdressing or salon practice
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting learners
Desirable (but not essential)
