Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to pass on your expertise to the next generation?
About the Role
You'll join a higher education provider to deliver AAT accounting qualifications, teaching and assessing learners as they build the technical knowledge and practical skills the profession expects.
You'll plan and prepare engaging sessions, mark and assess work, and track learner progress so that everyone on your programme has the support they need to achieve.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching across AAT accounting qualifications.
- Planning, preparing and assessing learning activities that support progression and achievement.
- Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback and support where it is needed.
- Contributing to curriculum development so that content reflects current professional standards.
What We're Looking For
- An AAT qualification or equivalent accounting qualification
- Experience of teaching, assessing or instructing learners
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting practice
Desirable (but not essential):
- A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
- Experience of delivering to learners across a range of levels
