Job Purpose
- Bring in new business by promoting adult training courses.
- Build relationships with employers and community groups to increase course bookings.
- Meet sales targets and help adults gain skills for work.
Job Duties
- Contact businesses and community organisations to find new customers.
- Find out what training employers need and recommend suitable courses.
- Attend events and run promotional activities to attract employers and learners.
- Follow up enquiries, explain course options and turn interest into bookings.
- Help organise courses, including trainers, resources and paperwork.
- Keep customer records updated and report on sales, bookings and progress against targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development.
- Confident speaking to customers, building relationships and presenting to groups.
- Organised, comfortable using Microsoft Office and able to manage a busy workload independently.
- A relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- A valid driving licence, access to transport and willingness to travel for work.
