We are recruiting for a part-time temporary SEMH Lecturer working with small groups of learners with primary SEMH needs , often alongside autism, ADHD and other neurodiverse needs. The Role Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons. Deliver English, Maths, tutorials and personal/social/study skills . Support learners with SEMH and barriers to learning. Build positive relationships with challenging or disengaged learners. Promote positive behaviour, attendance and engagement. Monitor and assess learner progress.
