The Role

As Building Services Course Leader & Lecturer, you will

  • Deliver engaging teaching across Building Services Engineering programmes, including T Levels.
  • Inspire and support learners preparing for careers within the construction and building services industry.
  • Share current industry knowledge, standards and best practice through engaging lessons.
  • Plan and develop high-quality teaching, learning and assessment materials.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide guidance to maximise achievement.
  • Lead and support the development of the Building Services curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate course records and documentation.
  • Work closely with employers and industry partners to ensure programmes reflect industry needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.

Essential

  • Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong industry experience within

Building Services Engineering, Electrical Installation or a related field .

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
