Lecturer Assessor - Early Years Location: West London Salary: Β£33,000 - Β£46,000 per annum (inclusive of Outer London Weighting) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Closing Date: Wednesday 26 August 2026 About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lecturer Assessor to join a vibrant and supportive Further Education team in West London. In this dual-focused role, you will deliver high-quality teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years qualifications, while also training, assessing, and monitoring Work-Based Learning (WBL) students and Apprentices within the workplace to ensure occupational competence. Key Responsibilities Teach and deliver engaging sessions across Level 1 to Level 3 courses, including T Levels (Early Years Educator and Assisting Teaching pathways). Assess WBL learners and Apprentices in the workplace against national standards. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track achievement across full study programmes. Maintain high standards of quality assurance in line with awarding body (NCFE) guidelines. Build and nurture strong working relationships with local Early Years employers.
