-
Working closely with internal teams, parents, carers and external agencies to coordinate effective support.
-
Attending multi-agency safeguarding meetings and making informed decisions around risk and appropriate referrals.
-
Maintaining accurate safeguarding records and ensuring concerns are managed in line with relevant legislation and statutory guidance.
-
Supporting individuals experiencing crisis situations and helping them access the support they need.
What we're looking for:
-
Previous experience in safeguarding, welfare, youth work or a similar support-focused role.

A strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, guidance and current issues affecting children and vulnerable adults.
-
Experience managing safeguarding concerns, assessing risk and identifying appropriate interventions.
