A global FMCG leader, specialising in health, beauty, and cosmetic products, is seeking a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join their growing People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a business that partners with major global retailers and operates across the UK, South Africa, and Asia.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a modern, people-first HR function across the UK — while collaborating with global offices. This is a broad and varied position with exposure to all aspects of HR, recruitment, employee engagement, and office culture — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic HR Partnering: Support leadership with workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives.
- Employee Relations & Performance: Advise on ER issues, manage performance plans, conduct investigations, and support grievance processes.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Work alongside the Talent Partner to identify hiring needs, interview candidates, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- HR Compliance & Policy: Keep up to date with employment legislation and best practice; support policy reviews and updates.
- People Analytics: Use HR data to influence decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion internal initiatives, support wellbeing and social events, and create an engaging office environment.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD-qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident communicator and trusted advisor
- Able to influence at all levels of the organisation
