About the Company
A multi-award-winning corporate wear design agency, partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands across transport, hospitality, luxury retail, and more. With a 30-year track record of delivering standout bespoke uniform solutions, we are now seeking a Senior Commercial & Sales Manager – Apparel to lead the next phase of our growth.
This is a newly created strategic role, ideal for an experienced sales professional with deep roots in the apparel, textile, or fashion-related B2B industry, and a strong commercial mindset.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with our creative and production teams, you will:
- Own and drive the B2B new business strategy – targeting medium to large-scale organisations in hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, rail, and leisure sectors.
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, partnerships).
- Identify and engage with senior procurement, brand, and operations leaders to pitch high-value, design-led corporate wear solutions.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of long-term commercial opportunities, with clear forecasting and reporting on progress and performance.
- Lead commercial negotiations, write winning proposals, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
- Represent the brand at key industry events and trade shows in the UK and internationally.
About You
We’re looking for a commercially astute, ambitious, and relationship-driven sales leader with:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B business development within apparel, textiles, uniforms, or corporate fashion.
- A strong understanding of complex sales cycles, particularly in project-based or bespoke manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to identify, pitch, and close deals with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Experience in selling design-led or premium B2B solutions, ideally with customisation or branding elements.
- A genuine interest in design, fashion, or garment production, and an appreciation for how branding is expressed through uniform and identity.
- Confident using CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and sales metrics to inform strategy.
