The Role
We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Store Manager to lead our Salisbury store. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture
- Drive sales, exceed targets, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Oversee stock control, cash handling, and daily store operations
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards
- Deliver personalised, exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Manage enquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently
- Plan staff rotas based on trading patterns
- Maintain customer records and report performance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
About You
- Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Background in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially driven, with focus on sales growth and profitability
- Organised, proactive, hands-on, with excellent communication skills
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office, POS/till systems, stock management systems, Bransom software (desirable)
Working Hours
- Monday β Saturday: 9:15am β 5:10pm
- Some Sundays in December: 9:45am β 4:10pm
- Fixed days off: Sunday & Monday
