Our client based in Christchurch is a leading designer and manufacturer. With a proud history, the company has exported globally. They are currently seeking a competent and enthusiastic Quality and Compliance Administrator with experience in a fast-paced, process-driven Construction, Manufacturing, or Engineering environment. You will be reporting to the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Manager, and this role will focus on audit administration to maintain their accreditations, and to support continuous improvement across the company.
Salary and Benefits
- A salary of circa of DOE per annum
- Working Monday to Friday 8.15 am - 5.00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with all relevant Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Conduct internal audits relating to Quality
- Collate records and data relating to waste and energy management
- Record and facilitate the close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Produce accurate reports on quality, health, safety, and environmental performance
- Assist in the management review of company QHSE management systems, including taking meeting minutes as required
- Liaise with departments across the business to follow up on agreed actions
- Provide administrative support to the QHSE Manager as required

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
