The Role: Project Executive (German Speaking)
As a Project Executive, you’ll support the delivery of creative packaging projects from concept to completion. You’ll manage your own accounts, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly – all under the guidance of a supportive Account Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end management of client projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both German and English
- Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Assist with project analysis and quality control
About You:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – essential
- A graduate with at least 12 months of administration, office, or translation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
