Our client is a privately owned, B2B consumer goods group on the south coast that powers a portfolio of both bespoke manufactured products and fast moving personal care items sold across major online marketplaces. The business combines in-house product development, UK manufacturing, and a sharp e-commerce engine, so ideas move from concept to delivery quickly.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the wider marketing team with projects, administration, and analysis to further improve sales, product performance and growth of the business.
As the Marketing Executive, you will be:
- Updating and improving product copy, pricing and merchandising on the websites, fixing any errors and ensuring all products are categorised correctly.
- Resolving any issues raised through their ticketing system.
- Assisting with sending email marketing campaigns following briefs from management.
- Analysing advertising and website performances and reporting on these to management.
- Conducting regular competitor and market analysis, reporting this back.
- System administration to support sales by maintaining databases, including product, website, and customer data.
- Supporting Managers on monthly commercial reporting, KPIs and analysis as well as reporting back on the effectiveness of trading activity as required.
- Support CX team with alternative advertising efforts when required.
