Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with an established and successful business in the Christchurch area. Due to growth and progression, they are recruiting for a PA to support the Managing Director. The PA role will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director to ensure the smooth management of his day. This company believe in transparency, openness and honesty and the importance of sharing their plans and performance with their team, making it a great environment to work within. Duties and Responsibilities: * Complying with all relevant Company Health, Safety and Environmental policies * Promoting the Company’s core values * Diary management * Coordinating personal appointments * Liaising with Heads of Discipline to coordinate meetings and follow up on actions * Supporting MD in meeting preparations and follow up of own action points * Audio typing letters and memos * Taking minutes at senior management and board meetings * Administering the Manging Directors mileage and expenses claims * Supporting Human Resources with administration tasks as required * The duties listed are not exhaustive, and may be varied from time to time Knowledge and Experience: * Discretion and confidentiality * Flexibility * Excellent communication skills at all levels * Self-motivated * A high level of attention to detail * Previous background in a similar role Salary and Benefits: * A salary of £DOE * 20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday * Monday – Friday working hours * Free onsite parking * Learning and development opportunity This PA to Managing Director job would suit candidates who have previous background in a similar role, who are commercially aware and have superb administrative skills
