PA / Administrator Personal Assistant to Managing Director Job in Christchurch £30 - 35,000 per annum, 25 days holiday Hours of Monday – Friday 8.15am – 5pm Dovetail Recruitment are currently working with a local business in Christchurch who are looking for a PA / Administrator to keep operations running smoothly and the MD's diary managed and up to date. The business is in a strong industry, and takes on projects around the globe. Duties & Responsibilities of the PA / Administrator: * Diary management for the Managing Director * Coordinating personal appointments * Liaising with Heads of Discipline to coordinate meetings and follow up on actions * Supporting MD in meeting preparations and follow up of own action points * Audio typing letters and memos * Taking minutes at senior management and board meetings * Administering the Manging Directors mileage and expenses claims * Drafting letters following a verbal brief from the MD. * Supporting Human Resources with administration tasks as required e.g. coordinating training courses, document control. * Compiling Operational & Maintenance Manuals for completed projects Knowledge & Experience: * Previous experience within an administration role * The want to move into a PA position * Experience providing support on a 121 basis * Excellent organisation skills, and attention to detail Salary & Benefits for the PA role: * £30 – 35,000 per annum * 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday * Hours of Monday – Friday 8.15am – 5pm * 1 hour for lunch * Company share scheme This PA / Administrator job in Christchurch would suit candidates with a strong administration background who are flexible, adaptable and keen to assist the business wherever needed.
