About the Role
We're looking for a German Speaking Graduate Project Executive to join our team in Purley. You’ll work closely with an experienced Account Director, supporting international clients and coordinating packaging and retail design projects. As you develop, you’ll take increasing responsibility for your own projects and smaller client accounts, building the skills needed for a future career in Project Management or Account Management. No previous project management or packaging experience is required - full training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and coordinate client projects and accounts
- Liaise with German-speaking clients and internal teams
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines and deadlines
- Track project progress and provide updates
- Maintain accurate project information and documentation
- Support the delivery of packaging and retail design projects
- Help ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Support the Account Director with day-to-day project and client management
About You
We're looking for a graduate who:
- Is educated to degree level with strong German and English language skills
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Is confident, curious and keen to learn
- Enjoys working with people and building client relationships
- Wants to develop a career in project management, account management or client services
- Can commute to Purley, South London
Your degree does not need to be specifically in German. We’re open to graduates from a range of degree backgrounds who have strong German language skills and the right attitude to learn and develop. You don’t need previous experience in project management, packaging or the creative industry.
