We’re looking for a proactive and organised Client Services Executive to join a leading London-based apparel design business supporting high-profile clients across global brands and events. This role is ideal for someone with 6–12 months’ office administration or customer service experience who is now looking to develop a long-term career in client services, fashion, apparel, or account support.
A highly respected apparel design business creating bespoke uniforms and garments for some of the world’s most recognised brands. Known for craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional client service, the team works on creative, fast-paced, and detail-driven projects where quality is everything.
Working closely with Account Managers, you will play a key support role in delivering bespoke apparel orders from concept through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Client communication via phone and email
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating bespoke garments (embroidery, tagging, customisation)
- Stock control, logistics, and shipment tracking
- General administrative and operational support
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
What We’re Looking For:
