Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Household division and help drive exciting new product development.
The Role
As Junior Product Manager, you’ll support the end-to-end development of innovative Health and Beauty and Household products. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager and key retail customers, you’ll help turn ideas into shelf-ready products—managing samples, timelines, design briefs, and supplier communication. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative eye, strong organisation skills, and a passion for FMCG.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify trends, consumer behaviours, and market gaps
- Work with design and technical teams to develop and brief new concepts
- Manage critical paths and ensure projects stay on time and on budget
- Coordinate product samples, costs, and packaging requirements
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and international suppliers
- Prepare presentations and attend customer meetings as needed
- Maintain detailed records and support overall project delivery
Skills & Experience Required
- 1–2 years’ experience in product development, product management or a creative FMCG role or a relevant degree.
- Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Willing to travel within the UK for customer meetings or trade shows
