With offices in both the UK and Hong Kong, they serve big label brands and retailers worldwide with custom-made innovative designs and offer an end-to-end service from concept design to delivery. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a process-driven Project Manager to join the team.
As Project Manager, you will work closely and collaborate with the design and account management team, and external factories to track the critical path to produce amazing products. If you are looking for a creative and fun environment, this could be the perfect FMCG company for you to join!

Duties & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Working within the team of Account Managers, the role will include assisting one or more Account Managers in the planning and implementation of projects from business development to managing orders through delivery, on time and to spec.
- Careful management of the customer will be required to make sure that they understand our timings and that they provide their deliverables on time to meet the required deadlines.
- Engaging with their largest customers on a day-to-day basis, keeping them informed on progress and briefing internal departments with their requirements.
- Managing timelines and tracking and reporting on project progress throughout the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery. This will include our factories in China, our office in Hong Kong, our UK warehouses and global food suppliers and retailers worldwide.
- Liaising with the logistics and warehousing teams, providing them with timely, accurate information that enables them to make the right purchases and the right arrangements from suppliers around the world using our internal systems and processes.
- Liaising with the Planning department to ensure packing is to spec and on time.
- Liaising with the Technical department to ensure compliance of the products, fills, labelling and languages.
- Liaising with the full-time in-house Design studio briefing them clearly on artwork requirements as well as managing customer feedback with them.
- Excellent administrative skills will be needed to create presentations, process orders, accurately complete packing specifications, manage detailed and complicated paperwork, set up, prepare and attend customer meetings and take detailed notes.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience for the Project Manager:
- Excellent multitasking abilities and comfortably manage multiple projects and customers.
- Ability to meet fixed deadlines and work with little or no supervision.
- Process driven with a passion for detail and timing.
- Creative flair welcome.
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player happy to ‘muck-in’ with all levels of tasks.
- Problem solver.
- Highly organised and calm under pressure.
- Possess own means of transport.
- Travel within the UK and at times internationally for client meetings and trade shows may, from time to time, be required.
