A unique opportunity has arisen for a Junior Product Developer to join a fast-growing creative agency delivering innovative packaging and accessory solutions across the beauty, health, and lifestyle sectors. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years’ FMCG experience in product development, NPD, merchandising, or packaging who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support packaging and accessory projects from concept to production.
- Coordinate samples, manage feedback, and maintain accurate specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), artwork, and costing.
- Liaise with suppliers and factories, including Far East partners.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct competitor and trend research to support product innovation.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 1–2 years’ FMCG experience in NPD, product development, packaging, merchandising, or supply chain, including BOMs, specifications, and supplier coordination.
- Experience working with Far East suppliers is highly desirable.
- Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Illustrator or similar software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with product data, costs, and timelines.
Salary & Benefits:
- Circa £32,000 DOE
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Free on-site parking
- Hybrid working – 1 day per week from home
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
