About the role

We are recruiting for an established London-based corporate wear design agency, working with clients across the corporate, hospitality, aviation, retail and events sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Fashion, Textiles, Apparel or related graduate with some commercial or office-based experience, who is looking to develop their career within the wider apparel industry. You may have gained your experience through a fashion placement or internship, administration, operations, client services, retail head office or another role where you have developed strong organisational and coordination skills. Working closely with an experienced Account Manager, you will support client projects from order through to production and delivery, gaining exposure to client communication, order management, stock coordination, garment production, supplier liaison and project administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day client account activity
  • Assisting with client enquiries by email and telephone
  • Processing and coordinating client orders
  • Managing spreadsheets, reports and account information
  • Coordinating garment production, embroidery and customisation
  • Tracking orders, deliveries and shipment timelines
  • Monitoring project deadlines and critical paths
  • Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams
  • Coordinating samples, stock and product requirements
  • Maintaining accurate systems and records
  • Providing general account, administrative and operational support

About you

  • Fashion, Textiles, Apparel, Fashion Business or related academic background would be ideal
  • At least 6 months' experience in administration, operations, coordination, client services, customer support or a similar role
  • Fashion or apparel industry experience through a placement, internship or previous role would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional, reliable and proactive
  • Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • Genuine interest in developing a career within the apparel industry
