Dovetail Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Graduate Account Manager for a growing, product-led retail business based in Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on commercial experience within a supportive, ownership-driven environment. The business works with established UK and international customers, including premium retailers, discounters and fashion-led brands. This role sits within the company's largest and most strategic category, offering genuine exposure to the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
- Coordinate projects from product concept through to launch
- Build costings, pricing and recommended retail prices (RRPs)
- Identify new customer opportunities using existing product ranges
- Attend and contribute to weekly internal planning meetings
- Manage project timelines, resources and key stakeholder relationships
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
Qualifications
This position would suit graduates or candidates with early-stage or basic experience in:
- Retail work
- Project management
- Buying or assistant buying
- Product or project coordination
- Commercial roles within retail, FMCG or product-led environments
You will be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and motivated to take ownership of your work while developing your commercial skillset.
