An exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House Assistant Manager to join a brand-new premium serviced office centre in Westbourne, Bournemouth. This is a launch-stage role within a flagship business centre, offering the chance to help shape a high-end, professional environment from day one.
As Front of House Assistant Manager, you will deliver a premium client-facing experience while supporting the daily operations of a busy business centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will combine front of house, customer service, office operations, facilities support and administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers
- Deliver exceptional front of house and customer service
- Manage meeting rooms, bookings and client requests
- Maintain reception and communal areas to a “show ready” standard
- Support post, deliveries and general office coordination
- Assist with facilities, maintenance and Health & Safety compliance
- Support client onboarding, moves and occupancy changes
- Maintain CRM records and operational reporting
- Support client engagement and workplace events
About You
- 1+ years’ experience in front of house, hospitality, hotel, or corporate reception
- Experience in a high-end customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and professional presentation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a busy, client-focused role
- IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
