About the Opportunity

We are recruiting a Front of House Coordinator / Centre Assistant for a busy business centre in Fareham on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service and Office Administration role within a professional office environment.

You will be the first point of contact for the business centre, providing a professional Reception and Front of House service to clients, visitors and contractors while supporting the smooth running of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Receptionist and Front of House Coordinator, welcoming clients and visitors and handling enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Deliver a high standard of Customer Service and help maintain a positive and professional business environment.
  • Support office operations and Facilities Support, ensuring meeting rooms, offices and communal areas are always presentable and ready for use.
  • Manage post, deliveries, supplies and refreshments, as well as support maintenance activities and liaise with contractors when required.
  • Carry out Office Administration duties including maintaining accurate client records, updating internal systems, supporting reporting tasks, assisting with business rates administration and handling general administrative support.

About You

You will have experience in Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service, Office Administration, Hospitality or Facilities roles and be confident working in a customer-facing environment. You will have strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner and excellent attention to detail. You will be organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and basic systems is required. CRM experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. You will be proactive, flexible and confident working independently and as part of a team.
