Are you a German-speaking graduate looking to start a career in Project Management, Account Management or Client Services?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established international packaging and design business working with major FMCG and retail brands.
You'll work alongside an experienced Account Director, supporting German-speaking clients and coordinating international packaging and retail design projects. You'll receive full training and, as you develop your skills and confidence, take on increasing responsibility for your own projects and client accounts.
No previous project management, packaging or agency experience is required.
The Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll help coordinate projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, information and communication are kept on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination of client projects from brief through to delivery
- Liaising with German-speaking clients and internal teams
- Coordinating project tasks, deadlines and actions
- Tracking project progress and providing regular client updates
- Maintaining accurate project information and documentation
- Supporting the delivery of packaging and retail design projects
- Responding to client queries and helping resolve issues
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Supporting the Account Director with day-to-day project and account management
- Taking on increasing responsibility for your own projects as your experience develops
About You
We're looking for a German-speaking graduate who is:
- Fluent in German with strong English language skills
- Educated to degree level
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Able to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
- Proactive, curious and keen to learn
- Interested in developing a career in Project Management, Account Management or Client Services
- Able to commute to Purley, South London
Your degree can be in any subject. You do not need to have studied German, provided you have strong German language skills.
We're interested in your communication skills, organisation, attitude and willingness to learn. Previous project management, packaging or creative agency experience is not required.
