An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Product Assistant to join a fast-paced, product-led business in Christchurch. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience within a commercial product environment and work closely with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing product samples across two product categories
- Tracking, photographing, filing and maintaining accurate documentation
- Preparing and dispatching product submissions and parcels
- Conducting monthly market visits to customer and benchmark stores, presenting findings to the wider team
- Creating and maintaining a fragrance library
- Preparing translation sheets and supporting product documentation
- Producing Outer Carton Labels (OCLs) using customer-specific templates and briefing design via Asana
- Maintaining internal project systems and ensuring data accuracy
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and willing to support across teams
- Strong communication skills
- Previous work experience or demonstrated commitment through education
