This role sits within the company’s largest and most strategic category, offering genuine exposure to the full product lifecycle.
About the Role
This Graduate Account Manager role combines account management, project coordination and commercial support. You will manage multiple projects from initial concept through to product launch, working closely with internal teams and external customers. You’ll receive structured onboarding, including a buddy and mentoring system, before progressing to managing your own customer accounts and projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term commercial career within retail or FMCG.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
- Coordinate projects from product concept through to launch
- Build costings, pricing and recommended retail prices (RRPs)
- Identify new customer opportunities using existing product ranges
- Attend and contribute to weekly internal planning meetings
- Manage project timelines, resources and key stakeholder relationships
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
Candidate Requirements
This position would suit graduates or candidates with early-stage or basic experience in:
- Retail work
