Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Are you a recent graduate, college leaver, or early-career professional with customer service experience looking to build a career within a professional business environment? Our client is a leading provider of premium serviced offices across the South of England and is seeking a Client Services & Front of House Assistant to join its flagship business centre in Camberley. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy business centre. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in customer service, office administration, business operations, and client relationship management.

The Role

  • Welcoming clients and visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
  • Managing meeting room bookings, client requests, post, parcels, and general enquiries
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the business centre and maintaining high standards throughout the site
  • Completing administrative tasks including scanning, filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Assisting with Health & Safety checks, office supplies, and operational activities

About You

  • Previous customer service experience gained through retail, hospitality, reception, administration, leisure, or a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
