The Role
You’ll be working closely with a premium retailer and household names, taking ownership of the partnership in your category and driving growth with the team. You’ll be the one holding down the commercials, analysing, reporting, negotiating and delivering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulate customer-specific sales plan/strategy, in-line with accountable budget, ensure costings are pre-checked and spec, packaging and recommended retail prices are correct
- Understand customer KPIs and targets and review performance, with knowledge and proposals to reach category standards
- Work with all departments to ensure customer strategy is met
- Assign, monitor and co-ordinate project milestones and progress, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and plan the implementation of the project (resource, relationship, allocation)
- Manage high volume SKU level CPA's (over 200 SKUs in totality)
- Ensure visibility and feedback is maintained

- Ideally experience working with a top six grocer or similar retailer, handling a large portfolio
- Solid understanding of the FMCG sector
- Confident handling high-volume, high-pace product portfolios
