We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Client Account Manager to join a growing and collaborative team in Blandford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

As a Client Account Manager, you will represent our clients by managing key accounts, strengthening partnerships, and driving engagement, growth, and retention. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring projects and campaigns run smoothly while proactively identifying opportunities to support business development. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with client objectives and target sectors.
  • Conduct outbound calls and proactive outreach to generate leads, nurture prospects, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Develop and implement account growth and engagement strategies.
  • Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and performance insights.
  • Maintain accurate client records and reporting through HubSpot CRM.
  • Gather client feedback and help continuously improve service delivery.
  • Support and mentor Account Executives, helping develop their skills and confidence.
  • Regularly report on pipeline activity, progress, and opportunities.

  • Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Confident making outbound calls and building relationships from first contact through to long-term partnerships.
