Our client based in Ferndown brings many years of manufacturing expertise to produce a wide range of products. Their positioning is premium, and their culture is collaborative. They are recruiting for their expanding team. They are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join their expanding Sales team to help drive sales with established accounts, with a focus on growing this arm of the business. Onboarding new customers and generating new revenue would also be encouraged. The Account Executive will be growing existing accounts in a broad customer base, supporting marketing with promotions, and supporting the National Account Managers and New Channel Managers with projects. Salary and Benefits * A salary of £DOE per annum plus bonus * 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays * Full training * Annual PDP development scheme * Enhanced company pension * Free on-site parking * Regular company socials * Staff Product Discounts Duties and Responsibilities: * Servicing existing Accounts to generate sales * Growing accounts via relationship building, account analysis, range reviews and customer visits and meetings * Striving to achieve both individual and company sales revenue targets * Analysing and reviewing data to improve sales performance and forecasting * Working with marketing to drive new business through promotional campaigns via outbound calling * Liaising and supporting sales & marketing departments to implement strategy * Over time, learn from the National Account Managers and New Channel Managers by supporting them with projects * Help launch new products to market and get buy-in from existing and new customers * Understanding Customer Service & Sales Order Processing functions for existing accounts, but also to provide cover for this team with absences Minimum Experience Required: * 1+ years of sales experience preferably * Previous account management experience preferred * Previous experience within product sales preferable * Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently within a varied role * A strong work ethic * Excellent communication skills, whether by phone, on email, via Teams or in person * Willingness and confidence to pick up the phone to existing customer base * Analytical ability and experience with Microsoft platforms (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) * Ability to work independently but enjoy working with a team. * Clean UK Driving License Required
