The Role
As Sales & Marketing Administrator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Sales & Marketing Director while helping coordinate the day-to-day activities of the wider Sales & Marketing team. From supporting new sales releases and pricing approvals to coordinating marketing projects, maintaining CRM records and organising events, you'll become an integral part of the department and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently. This role combines elements of Sales Administration, Marketing Administration, Project Coordination and Executive Support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a busy, varied working environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales & Marketing Director with the day-to-day running of the department, including coordinating new sales releases and pricing variations.
- Assist with departmental projects including CRM improvements, website projects, process reviews, procedure manuals, templates, forms and marketing materials.
- Manage diaries, arrange internal and external meetings and coordinate all associated administration.
- Produce reports, spreadsheets, letters, purchase orders and departmental documentation.
- Maintain sales trackers, pricing documents, lead information, project records and CRM data, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support management company administration, including agency agreements, new site quotations, meeting coordination and document management.
- Assist with the organisation of property launches, open days, promotional events and marketing activity.
- Provide administrative support across the wider Sales & Marketing team.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, has exceptional organisational skills and naturally keeps projects moving forward. You may currently be working as a Sales & Marketing Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Marketing Administrator, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Commercial Administrator or in a similar administration role. You'll also have:
- Previous experience within an administration, project support or coordinator role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence communicating with colleagues, customers and external stakeholders.
