Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency
- Show an ability to plan & prioritise workloads & delegate accordingly
- Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development
- Knowing company history, vision, mission & values
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Continuously assisting in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines
- Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database
- Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers
- Continuously working with the “company way” of selling to optimize yours and the teams’ personal sales performance
- Guarantee a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints
- Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties
- Attend meetings when company representation is required and conduct behaviour appropriately
- Attend learning & development workshops to develop relevant brand knowledge and skills
- Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld
- Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team
Minimum Skills and Experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office and confident using a till system
- An imaginative thinker who will contribute new ideas for the improvement of the company
