Location: Our main Central London office, with work at client sites as required, and 1 day per week WFH.
In this role, you will design, implement, and support advanced audio-visual solutions for meeting rooms and event spaces as part of a wider information technology support team. You'll ensure seamless integration of AV technologies, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients and team members. You'll also work closely with office fit-out teams, manage vendor relationships, and proactively solve technical issues.
The Role:
- Design, implement, and support AV solutions for meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Integrate and configure technologies like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Yealink, Logitech, and video walls.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend appropriate equipment and configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with office fit-out teams and provide on-site support during events.
- Maintain and update AV documentation.
The Person:
- Extensive experience in designing and supporting AV solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Experience with Yealink and Logitech hardware.
- Strong technical skills in AV system integration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in AV technologies (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) is a plus.
