We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Executive to join our clients team, based in Newbury. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the team. Attention to detail, managing the sales process and order processing is vital to the success of this role. You will need to build relationships with customers that call in and answer sales queries taking a methodical approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first approach.
  • Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships.
  • Provide accurate product information and timely support to customers.
  • Accurately process and manage customer orders from quotation to completion.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Essential Skills
