Part Time 2/3 days per week Permanent role Our client, based just outside Newbury, is searching for an Estate / Property Manager to join their team. The role is part time over 2/3 days per week. The objective of the role is to:
- Oversee day to day estate operations
- Manage maintenance and repairs across the property
- Liaise with contractors and arrange call outs as needed
- Communicate with owners and gardeners regarding planned or ongoing work.
This role may ideally suit someone starting their career in property management - a college leaver with qualifications in real estate, property management or related field.
