£28,000 basic salary plus commission

Based in Newbury

We are recruiting for a fantastic company based centrally in Newbury. They are growing their internal sales team and are looking for a key individual to help take their sales to the next level. This is an office based role and you will join a small team with the objective of developing existing and new business.

There will be 2 elements to the role:

  • Account Management: Nurturing and developing existing accounts
  • Business Development: Contacting dormant/inactive clients on the CRM and generating new business opportunities.

Experience within telephone based business development and account management is essential for this position. You will be confident on the telephone, have great communication skills and will be motivated by the prospect of winning and increasing business.
