Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy logistics operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you will play a key role in leading a team, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
Working closely with the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for motivating your team, ensuring productivity targets are met, and promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
Shift Pattern
- Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Late Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Allocate workloads to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
- Monitor productivity and performance, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Manage attendance, timekeeping, return-to-work interviews and other people-related processes.
- Conduct investigations and disciplinary meetings where required.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Shift Manager to ensure effective communication across the operation.
