About Us

Established in 2016, we are a small Sheffield-based gardening company providing professional, regular garden maintenance services in S7, S8, S10, S11, S17 and S18. We specialise in all aspects of garden maintenance and also undertake a number of other projects including planting, mulching, gravelling, jet washing, turfing and lawn care. We pride ourselves on maintaining a large number of long-standing domestic gardens to the highest standard all year long. This is achieved by working efficiently as part of a hard working team on a daily basis.

About the Role

You will be working primarily in teams of two or three, although solo work may be required depending on garden needs. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong horticultural knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and confident communication with both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine garden care and maintenance, including grass cutting, strimming, edging, hedge cutting, leaf clearance, border work and pruning
  • Preparing for and assisting with planting installations
  • Selecting and using appropriate equipment for daily tasks
  • Driving the company vehicle to and from job sites during working hours
  • Supporting the smooth running of the team and setting a positive example
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements

Working Hours

The usual hours of work are between 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required due to the weather. Working days include 1 hour of unpaid break. 28 days of annual leave which includes Bank Holidays. Bank Holidays are worked unless booked off in advance. Option of additional hours during the working week and at weekends to meet business demand. The role meets national minimum wage and will be competitive within the industry. There will be an initial trial period of 13 weeks before any permanent contracts and benefits are provided.
