We are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager to join the team. The Portfolio Marketing Manager will lead our product marketing strategic planning for our portfolio of products in collaboration with the Creative Brand Strategist to deliver our game launch strategies, brand's core identities, audience and competitor analysis. Acting as a key player in the gating and product marketing planning processes, working with the wider Development and Publishing teams.

Lead on delivery of key elements for the gating process that establishes the marketability of our products tied to a shared vision of the game with development. Manage key elements such as market and product insights, competition analysis, market and title positioning, brand style and tone, brand attribute and core thought, audience targets and marketing road map. Take learnings from existing products and competition benchmarks to develop our announce and launch strategy for owned channels, specifically approach to community and social engagement as well as email and website strategies.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Community teams to ensure the product vision and brand values are present in their Earned (PR, Influencers) and Paid (Media, Influencers, Events, Ambassadors) channels activations. Collaborate with the Business Operations & Services and Development teams on commercial strategies through content pricing and profitability strategies both in game and on store to deliver our commercial goals. Work with brand partners where appropriate to maximise the opportunity for both parties.

Work with the Brand Strategy Director, Business Operations & Services and Finance Teams to align market performance insight with product marketing planning so as best forecast our product opportunities, supported with marketing budget investments that can be executed by the Marketing and Community team to ensure we meet our commercial goals.

What we look for in you:

  • Substantial experience in marketing roles, specifically some early planning roles in gaming.
  • Preferred games as a service (GaaS) marketing experience, working within the simulation video games category.
  • Preferred education to degree level or CIM qualifications.
  • Ability to influence indirect teams to support your workflow.
  • Supporter of growth through strategic, creative, innovative planning and execution.
  • Great communicator from senior to junior levels.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, organised and empathetic mind set.
  • A gamer with the ability to understand different gaming models and audiences.
