We are seeking a Plumbing Tutor to join a leading education provider within a secure custodial environment. Working with small, focused groups of adult learners, you will teach practical skills up to Level 2, helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to turn their lives around and secure employment upon release.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging plumbing courses up to Level 2.
- Create structured training plans to support individual learner goals.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to help learners reach their full potential.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- A Level 2 (or higher) qualification in plumbing.
- Substantial practical experience working in the plumbing trade.
- Experience delivering training, teaching, or mentoring others is a plus.
