This role combines hands‐on workshop delivery with classroom‐based theory teaching, helping learners build the practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours needed for industry success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging practical workshop sessions and classroom theory lessons
  • Teach across Brickwork programmes
  • Support learners through assessments, tutorials, and progress reviews
  • Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning resources
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and industry‐standard workshop environment
  • Conduct learner interviews and initial assessments
  • Provide constructive feedback to support learner achievement and progression
  • Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives

Ideal Background

  • Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Brickwork
