Working with small, focused groups of adult learners, you will teach practical skills up to Level 2, helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to turn their lives around and secure employment upon release.
What you will be doing:
- Delivering engaging Plumbing courses up to Level 2.
- Creating structured training plans to support individual learner goals.
- Providing mentoring and guidance to help learners reach their full potential.
- Maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
What we are looking for:
- A Level 2 (or higher) qualification in Plumbing.
- Substantial practical experience working in the plumbing trade.
- Experience delivering training, teaching, or mentoring others is a plus.
- No teaching qualification? No problem! If you have the trade expertise, our client will fully fund and support you to gain your teaching or assessing qualifications on the job.
