Varicent System Administrator Location: Northolt, West London Reporting to: Head of IT Salary: up to £40k Type: Full time, Onsite (not hybrid/remote) Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Northolt. Role Purpose Manage and maintain the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform to ensure accurate compensation calculations for employees. Configure the system to meet business needs and streamline workflows, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently. Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and supporting the platform, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Responsibilities Configure and update the Varicent platform, including rules, workflows, and user access for secure operations. Integrate data between Varicent and other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to ensure seamless operations.
