Job Purpose Bring in new business by promoting adult training courses. Build relationships with employers and community groups to increase course bookings. Meet sales targets and help adults gain skills for work.Job Duties Contact businesses and community organisations to find new customers. Find out what training employers need and recommend suitable courses. Attend events and run promotional activities to attract employers and learners. Follow up enquiries, explain course options and turn interest into bookings. Help organise courses, including trainers, resources and paperwork. Keep customer records updated and report on sales, bookings and progress against targets.Candidate Requirements Experience in sales or business development. Confident speaking to customers, building relationships and presenting to groups. Organised, comfortable using Microsoft Office and able to manage a busy workload independently. A relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience. A valid driving licence, access to transport and willingness to travel for work.
